TikTok Shop Extends Flood Shipping Relief Again, to Oct 5

TikTok Shop Thailand widened its flood shipping-deadline relief a second time, now covering orders through October 5, not just September 30.

TikTok Shop Thailand has widened its flood-related shipping relief a second time. Its own Shipping Timeline Extensions policy page now lists a newer “(Latest Update)” entry covering orders placed September 24 through October 5, 2026 — up from the September 24–30 window the page carried as of September 29 and 30. The relief still targets sellers registered in the flood-affected provinces, including Bangkok.

What the extension now covers

Per TikTok Shop’s own seller university page, the September 24–30 extension applied to sellers registered in one of 26 named provinces: Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani, Samut Prakan, Ang Thong, Buriram, Chachoengsao, Chai Nat, Chaiyaphum, Chanthaburi, Chonburi, Kanchanaburi, Lopburi, Nakhon Nayok, Nakhon Pathom, Nakhon Ratchasima, Nakhon Sawan, Phetchaburi, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, Prachuap Khiri Khan, Rayong, Sa Kaew, Samut Sakhon, Saraburi, Suphan Buri, Surin and Trat. An earlier version covering only September 24–29 applied to every seller except three provinces then left off the list. The page’s newest entry extends relief for sellers in the flood-affected provinces through October 5, and repeats the same measures: extended shipping timelines, a review of Late Dispatch Rate and Seller-Fault Cancellation Rate enforcement for flood-caused delays, and possible suspension of order auto-cancellation. Sellers still unable to process orders are told to turn on Holiday Mode to stop new orders until they can fulfil them.

Nothing clears automatically

The notice doesn’t say a late or cancelled order in these windows is wiped from a shop’s score — it tells affected sellers to submit evidence through an appeal link if a late-delivery or cancellation flag hits during the covered dates. A shop that does nothing risks keeping a penalty the flood should have excused.

Four things to check today

  • Check whether your registered province is on the flood-affected list; if so, orders placed September 24 through October 5 now fall under the extension.
  • Already flagged for late delivery or a cancellation in the past two weeks? File an appeal with proof of the flooding through the link in your Seller Centre notice — don’t assume it clears itself.
  • Still can’t pack or ship? Turn on Holiday Mode in Seller Centre to pause new orders rather than risk a cancellation.
  • Watch Seller Centre for a further update — this notice has already been revised twice since first published, most recently to extend relief to October 5.

If the delay is filling your inbox with “where’s my order,” send the update before customers ask, and route any refund request the flood causes to a person, not just the bot.
